Colossians 3:17
"And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him."
Pastor Bob White and his wife Amy have been married for 30 years, and they have two children, Isabella and Isaac. In 2010, the family was called into full time ministry, and moved from Lima, Ohio, to North Port, Florida.
Amy graduated from Technical College in 1995. She ran her own stenographic freelance reporting agency from 1996 - 2011 when the family was called into full time ministry.
Amy is also the secretary for their non-profit 501C3, Together for Christ and the secretary for the Liberty Community Church.
Pastor Bob and family have served together as missionaries in the public schools for seven years through Together for Christ. Through this organization, evening meetings were held three nights a week where the Gospel was presented to public school kids, and many gave their hearts to Jesus Christ. As the ministry grew, it gave Bob opportunities to minister, disciple, and also hold Bible studies with faculty, staff, and coaches of the schools. There was a transition where Together for Christ began to work hand in hand with churches and getting students plugged into their local church. From this partnership, another form of ministry came forth: ministering to pastors and those in church leadership. Bob and Amy's hearts became impassioned for those in leadership in the church. Their desire was to help ease the leadership burdens and help them develop a healthy spiritual life. It was during this time that God was cultivating Bob's heart to become a pastor in the near future. Bob is also a pickleball ambassador and pro-pickleball player. This may seem like a leisure activity and hobby, but he is sure to represent Christ on the courts and events. Through this pickleball ministry, he has been able to share the gospel, counsel couples and individuals, officiate weddings and funerals, and give his testimony countless times. God has used his abilities in this sport in so many ways to further the Gospel and the Kingdom work.
Pastor Bob's personal time involves family time and sports. The family enjoys staying active by taking care of their animals on their small ranch and playing various sports including: basketball, cycling, fishing, and taking walks. He also enjoys meeting new people and being around God's people.
Amy's favorite things are spending time with her family, being a homemaker, Sunday naps, cooking, and raising their two teenagers. She also loves the ocean and nature.
