About Us

Liberty Community Church [LCC] is a small but dedicated, diverse congregation of about 50 active members in a rapidly growing community. Respectful of each other's strengths in spiritual gifts and differences in opinions, we have united to work more effectively for the glory of God. It is our desire to thrive, not just survive.  We welcome diversity and desire to reach out through a variety of mission opportunities.  We recognize that growth will require future improvements to existing property and building structures .  Our church is located on the Sarasota/Charlotte County line, strategically placed just 4 miles west of I-75, (the major Florida North/South Interstate), exit 170.  This community is within easy access of Tampa, Sarasota, Ft. Myers and Naples, Florida .  The growth of several large suburban communities, made up of working and retired populations, provides abundant opportunities for outreach to many unchurched residents.
